These terms apply when you shop at Ace Precision Store online or in person. Please read them before placing an order.
Agreement
By placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or complete a purchase. We may update these terms from time to time. The terms in effect when you place your order apply to that order.
Products and descriptions
We are an authorized Yamaha, Suzuki and Kawasaki spare parts dealer. We also carry known aftermarket brands that we label clearly. Product descriptions, fitment lines and photos are based on manufacturer data and our own measurements. We do our best to keep information accurate, but small errors can happen. If you are unsure about fitment, message us before ordering.
Fitment responsibility
You are responsible for confirming that a part fits your bike. We list the models each part fits on the product page. If your model is not listed, contact us and we will check the part number for you. We are not liable for parts ordered for the wrong model.
Pricing and payment
All prices are in Philippine pesos and include VAT unless stated otherwise. Shipping is calculated at checkout unless your order qualifies for free shipping. We accept in-store payment, bank transfer and common e-wallets. Orders are not confirmed until we receive payment and confirm stock availability.
Orders and availability
We update stock regularly, but an item shown as available may sell out before your order is confirmed. If this happens, we will contact you to offer a replacement, store credit or refund. We reserve the right to limit order quantities or cancel orders that look fraudulent or abusive.
Shipping and delivery
We ship nationwide across the Philippines. You can also collect your order at the store in Bocaue. We send tracking information once the courier collects the parcel. Delivery times depend on the courier and your location. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, weather or other events outside our control.
Returns and refunds
Returns are handled according to our Return and Refund Policy. Please read it before ordering. In general, items must be unused, in original packaging and returned within 7 days of delivery.
Intellectual property
Brand names, logos and product images are the property of their owners. We use them to identify genuine parts and describe fitment only. All other content on this website is owned by Ace Precision Motor Parts.
Limitation of liability
Ace Precision Motor Parts is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. This does not affect any rights you have under Philippine consumer law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute will be resolved in the proper courts of Bulacan, Philippines.
